Message	If they have your driver license info, that is enough to get the money from you. The other guy only has to report it to his insurance. His insurance company will come after you. If they have your license #, they'll have your address. Just don't answer the door... he he he As for the price to fix it, I would say, probably a lot. Rear fenders can not be replaced. They are part of the main body.
